Amazon v. Hachette
The bulk of the commentary I have read about the dust up between Amazon and Hachette over ebook pricing seems to fault Amazon for abusing their market position. Len Sherman, writing at Fortune, argues that Amazon is not a bully, just competitive. I don't know that any of us know enough of the details of the negotiations to have an informed opinion about who may be in the wrong here, but his viewpoint is different, and compelling. His argument that if Amazon gets their way, it will actually be better for consumers, but not authors, is compelling.
